Check Your Bank’s Website

  • Open your bank’s website in a browser and log in using your credentials.
  • Verify if there are any messages, alerts, or ongoing maintenance notifications.
  • If you can’t log in or see missing transactions, wait a few hours and try again.

Update QuickBooks Manually

  • Open QuickBooks Online.
  • Go to Banking (or Transactions) > Banking tab.
  • Click Update (top-right corner) to refresh bank feeds.
  • Try updating 2-3 times within a few hours.
