Restart Print Spooler: services.msc and gt; Print Spooler and gt; Restart. This clears any stuck print jobs blocking new ones.

Run as Admin: close QB and gt; right-click QB icon and gt; Run as Administrator and gt; open the invoice and gt; File and gt; Print Forms and gt; Invoices and gt; select the invoice and gt; Print. Running as Admin ensures QB has full access to the printer driver.

Open the invoice and gt; Formatting tab and gt; Manage Templates and gt; select a different template (e.g., the standard Intuit template) and gt; try printing with the alternate template. Also delete C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks [year]\QBPrint.qbp and gt; QB rebuilds it with fresh printer settings on next launch.
