How to Fix Xero Bank Feed Not Updating
Xero's bank feed stops importing new transactions -- the last imported date is stuck and new transactions from your bank are not appearing in Xero.

Three Causes -- Which Applies to You?
Connection Expired
Xero shows "Reconnect" or "Action required" banner on the bank account. Fix: click Reconnect and re-enter bank credentials. Most banks require this every 90 days.
Bank Changed Method
Feed was working, then stopped without any warning. Bank may have updated their open banking connection. Fix: disconnect and reconnect -- Xero will use the bank's current method.
Xero Service Issue
Check status.xero.com for active bank feed disruptions. If an outage is shown: wait and retry -- no local action will fix a Xero-side issue.
